"Lasting Impressions" Retrospective exhibition - Sharjah Art Museum

Thuraya Al-Baqsami's largest exhibition to date "Lasting Impressions" opened at the Sharjah Art Museum on October 11th 2017, and runs until December 16th. The exhibition comprises of over 300 works, a new 400 page book, and a documentary film about the artist. Stretching over four floors, the exhibition is the most comprehensive show ever of Thuraya's ouevre, and gives new insights into the artist's life and work. The exhibition is curated by Thuraya's daughter, Monira Al Qadiri.
